Been using mine for almost 4 months. Have noticed a bit of a gain, not sure how much as I have yet to measure, taking my time with this thing. I do enjoy the after effects of it, and have noticed they are starting to last a bit longer after each use. I am going at it twice a day for 15m each session, once when i get home from work, and I try to get in the session once before bed time. Have yet to have any issues from using it. Just start slow, and wait few min, pump it up a bit more, etc...
