Hey guys. On my lunchbreak I went home to do my lunch break hanging workouts and afterwards I edged for 10 minutes. During my edging I measured and have increased in length by .1
I have now finally reached a Non bonepressed 9 inch length. It has taken me two years of PE to gain 1 whole inch in length. Needless to say I rushed to get my camera, jerked off to a nice erection and snapped a few pics. I didnt' have a chance to measure my bone pressed length yet because I had to get my ass back to work but I will be measuring that as well as midgirth and base girth tomorrow to check for progress. During my lunch break I also took some pics of me wearing 7 golf weights before I started my hanging workout. At work today I was able to wear the 7 golf weights for 3 hours straight before taking them off for a 10 minute recirculation break. Logged in 5 hours total of golf weighted ADS at work. With 7 golf weights that's 2.17 pounds total. I plan on buying some of Monty's PE weights so I can use heavier weights without using up alot of surface area in the process. |

Would Dick's Sporting Goods have them,assuming they do carry sport utillities and enhancement skill prodcuts.. I would imagine they'd carry those golf weights...how do they feel/fit?

The golf weights are pretty comfortable. Make sure you put them on completely flaccid. If you have a flaccid girth over 5 inches then you might run into problems.
Dick's Sporting Goods might carry the golf weights but I don't know for sure. Most golf stores should have the weights so check those as well. |

Hey guys. Happy to say that I have made some more gains. My Non bonepressed erect length has increased to 9.1 inches now and my bonepressed flaccid stretch is is now 10.2 inches. My bonepressed erect length has not changed so I know the .1 gain I made in my non bonepressed erect length is because my fat pad is getting thinner as a result of my cutting diet. Now down to 216 pounds and looking ripped. The .1 increase in my non bonepressed erect length can easily go away if I bloat my self up with a shit ton of carbs.
Hopefully with my bonepressed flaccid stretch increase to 10.2 inches my bonepressed erect length will soon increase with time. My PE training is still an all day through out the day routine done on a daily basis. All of my manual, hanging, and girth sessions are still done Monday through Friday and I wear my ADS for 4-8 hours on the weekends to keep my penis in a steady CREEP phase. My current routine is as follows. Morning session: 3 twenty minutes sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 15minutes of bundled stretches, 10 minutes of edging. Wear golf weighted ADS while at work. Lunchtime session: 2 fifteen minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 10 minutes of edging, Put golf weighted ADS back on and go back to work. Evening session: 3 fifteen minutes sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 15 minute bundled stetches, 20-30 minutes of wet jelqs, two 15 minutes sets of pumping at 4-6 gs, 10 minutes of edging, then I wear a cable clamp as an ADCs for 1-2 hours to stay engorged while recovery takes place. I do this routine Monday - Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I just wear my ADS for 4-8 hours.
