3-5hg - 1 hour
7hg - 45 minutes
10hg - 20 minutes
The longer you pump, the more plump the result. If you over do it, you will notice the fluid pools more than usual and is normally colder. If you want to increase your pump results, you should use heat while pumping. A heating pad, or a bathmate hydropump with hot water will increase the pump result.
