Hey MJ, I won't bore you with all the details from my old posts; but here are pics from before, and pics from this afternoon. I am 2 weeks post-op. Doc Solomon in Phila removed FFT, inserted Belladerm at top base due to a huge indent at base, revised and excised scar. It was a hell of surgery. I was battered black and blue at first. Feeeling a little better now. I like the symmetry now; but I have a curve now. Doc said it is from internal scar/bruising, which he things a traction device may help. I hope so, becuase this will be upsetting if my dick curves now. The scars look bad; but they are a lot thinner than before; and in time, will look better. Finally, I'm on the fence about the Belladerm. It didn't really plump me up where I needed it (at the base and just below). I intend to talk to him about this at my next check-up. Let me know what you guys think. I have plenty to say about docs, the surgeries and the whole experience. My original surgery was in 1995. Thanks.

Holy crap - your dick looks 100% better than the last set of photos. (I remember the photos from the old forum) You've healed up like a champ. Your dick looks great man. I mean, it really looks good. If you heal up and the incision area .... damn I would say he did a fantastic job.

Hope you're feeling well. You should feel good about this result. Looks like great work to me. Have you had an erection yet? I can't remember if you're on anti-erection pills. If you've had an erection how does it look? Any pain?

MJ, you made my day, man! Thanks for the boost. The nocturnal erections are killers. He gave me valium and some drug to snort; but neither helped much. With the valium, my wife thought I was stoned; so I had to stop that. The pain gets a little less each night; but they still hurt. Thanks again. Middle part of shaft is still healing, so I hope it looks even better in a week or two. Good luck on your saga. I remember your whole story also.

Take it slow. Any kind of dick surgery takes a couple months ... you know this ... take it easy and don't expect everything overnight. Takes time. You are ahead of schedule if you ask me. Keep it up!

I'm doing good. In fact, and I'm not kidding, my flaccid dick has increased in size by over 1/2 inch over the past two months. It is now just over 4" - which for me, holding a 4x5" flaccid dick is like holding a fire hose! Really charged up on my result so far. Dick looks natural, just bigger than before. I'm really optimistic.

Anyhow, I'm doing good, things are settling into place. Will post 8 week photos in a couple days.

Damn the Redskins suck. Man difficult to watch this.

Braveheart, you look great.. If you are looking this good only weeks out from your surgery, you are on your way to looking even better.. When it comes to the penis, its takes a few months to really heal.. The penis is an amazing organ, extremely durable and resilient..It is designed to take a lifetime of abuse.. You're going to be just fine!

Thanks Longbeach. You're right. Our dicks are smarter than our brains. I guess that makes us a bunch of dickheads. LOL. Thanks again. I'm glad somebody else posted their interest on this because I was worried that there was no audience anymore, whereas the old forum had a ton of people. Thanks again. Update and pics again soon.

LB - sure I'll keep posting. It was important for me to hear from guys like moejondo, wantmore, azdutch, dog, biglove .... I feel that I need to pay that info back to the community.

Where I am right now:

I'm just at 8 weeks officially tomorrow. My dick doesn't hurt at all anymore. The skin issues I had before are gone. There is a new slightly red spot that I'm watching, but really nothing concerning. I still have some fluid in the penis. When wrapped it all collects at the glans of the penis. I try to wrap slowly and push the fluid to the base, but I cannot. Anyhow, that is slowly resolving itself. It is much more flexible than it was weeks ago. I can move with near full motion. Pulling up towards the belly is still a little tough.

Erect dick is still short of starting point. I have not remeasured, but if I had to guess I'm an inch, maybe a little more away from my 6" starting point. I have masturbated with complete success. I have not lost any sensitivity at all. None. I also have never ejaculated with so much volume in my life. Holy shit. Five times my normal amount easily. This is what happens I guess when you store it up for a couple months. No pain masturbating, but after the penis was a little sore and fluid did collect a little. It got a little puffy. Wrapped up and better the next day. It's clear you can't have sex / whack off daily at this stage. You need to regroup and recover.

Detectability. Can't see the thing flaccid or erect. Erect you can only feel it on the backside of the penis directly under the glans. This is the only spot. I have to tell you, even at this very early stage, I would think that the vast majority of women would have no idea there was an implant. The surgical scar is really the only identifier at this point, and that is slowly getting better and is masking itself behind pubic hair.

I'm doing really well guys. If my erect dick gets it's length back, and continues to heal up (get ready for real rough sex) I will be a very happy customer. Will post photos tomorrow.

Hey guys, I think I'm progressing well; but there is one thing that concerns me now. I had a collar of Belladerm at base. When I get my ass out of bed to check out and subdue my nocturnal errection, I see that there is no angle--it's basically straight down. The impression in my mid shaft (where the scar is) is still there too. So, the bottom near head looks okay; and the base with the Belladerm looks like it probbably should; but the mid is still a little depressed. I think this was one of the worst bruised areas, so it is still in the beginning of healing. Can anbody advise of a similar experience? Will this mid-section turn out okay (i,e, consistent with the rest?) Any thoughts are helpful. Thannks
