You didn't happen to have reconstruction surgery with Dr. Elist did you? I'm wondering how much he charges for the reconstruction alone?

No, I've never had surgery before this - so no reconstruction. Call up Dr. Elist or his assistant Dr Ira. I'm sure he can give you a price, and an opinion on if you should so the surgeries separate or if he can combine them. Also if unclejjj is around he had a fft clean out from Dr E - he can probably help.

Thanks for your posts. I'm keenly interested in your progress as I'm deliberating on having the Dr.E implants myself. I had testicle implant in June and am mostly happy with them. The dick is more involved though and not sure if I want to go through with it. Are you going to post pics?

Hey Florida,

Glad you're doing well. Yes - I will post updated photos. I will be at nine weeks in two days. The flaccid dick is great. My erect is still short of original erect length of 6". Dick works fine - but still isn't 100%. Example - if I go without wrapping, and the penis bends (just from sitting) the implant will pop out a little in the middle on the side. Once I massage it down, it's fine ... so I'm still not 100% yet. This surgery takes time ... that's the only thing I know for sure. I consider myself fortunate. In terms of fit / size, I do not have the same problems other have had. I do not have issues with alignment. The implant isn't visible to the eye. In all, I'm happy with my progress to date. It was said over and over again in the old forum .... this surgery is a marathon, not a sprint ... and this is 100% true. I'm over the hump now, feel good, haven't lost any sensation ... so things are looking good. I wish you luck with your decision - it's a tough one. Will post new photos soon.

everything sounds good so far...what has masturbating been like? is the skin a bit tighter with the implant in? when you squeeze etc can you feel the pressure as before?

How does the implant feel in the erect and flaccid state? Natural or artificial?
What is your gain in terms of thickness?

Thanks LL. Skin is absolutely tighter right now. Yes, I can feel pressure - but it's not the same as before. Definitely feels more rigid than my pre-implant penis. Masturbation has been good. No pain, full sensation - exactly the same as before.

Hey Longbeach - no I've not discussed with Dr. E as I knew this would be the situation. Here's the good news, I decided to get an erection and measure and I'm closer to my starting point then I thought. This is the first time I've measured my erect post-op penis.

Erect Length Before: 6"
Erect Girth Midshaft: 4.5"

Erect Length Current: 5.5"
Erect Girth Base: 7"
Erect Midshaft: 6.25"


As to feel, it's still doesn't quite feel like a "normal" penis. But it's getting better. It doesn't bend like a normal penis, and doesn't move around quite as freely. It gets better with time, so I'm not worried.

That is AWESOME! Great news.!! It will only get better. I've researched Dr. Elist's procedure and i've spoken with him on one occasion and he related to me that the girth result is immediate, where as the length result typically takes 4-6 months.
Just looking at the numbers, you are almost 30% larger than pre surgery. Hope to see some two month pics soon!!
