I asked her directly, and she said that aside from it "being much bigger" she cannot feel or see the implant one bit. 100% undetectable. She's spent considerable time on oral as well, so she's had an upfront and close experience.

I had one experience where I was pushing too hard and I had some fluid collect in a bubble on the front of the penis directly next to the glans. I had to stop in the middle of the act. It scared the crap out of me. Lesson's learned:

1. 10 weeks you're still healing up.
2. Take it easy - no crazy sex yet.
3. Still need to wrap every day.
4. Lot's of lubrication required.

Even so, the sex has been very good. She reaches climax much easier, and wants to perform oral all the time. Is this because of the size or the excitement factor ???? I don't know, but it's been great either way.

My biggest concern with this implant at this point is the fact that everyone seems to have the problem with the jutting out the side.. I wonder why this is the case? Is it not 'attached' at all toward the head of the penis, just kind of stuffed in there?

I'm still unsure how he actually implants this thing just from the base.. do you know what tissue layers he goes in between?

Also, I was wondering.. would you recommend any methods of increasing the elasticity of the skin before the implant?

My girth right now mid shaft is only 3.75" when erect, so you can understand why I'm interested in a surgery that promises instant, permanent girth..

..but unfortunately the skin on my penis is also rather tight, and without a change in that, I don't know that he'd be able to fit a large enough implant in there for it to be worth it.. I would obviously like to be larger than average after the surgery..

I would suggest pumping. The only problem is that it takes a little while of regular pumping before you start to get good enough expansion to consistently/permanently stretch the skin. So if you were intending to get the implant soon you would have to put it off for a little while.

He calls it a subcutaneous implant - and it says on his website it goes under the deepest layer of tissue. http://surgeon4men.com/forum/index.php?topic=18.0 You should call him and ask the question. Especially in your case, as your girth could potentially double and really strain the skin. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hmm, how long do you think it would take? I've never pumped before so I have no idea!

Most pumps sold at sex toy stores are novelty pumps and not good quality. You would be better of starting with a la pump are kaplan pump. Before starting a pumping routine make sure you google penis pumping routines for newbies. If you start with too much pressure you can do permanent damage so find a low pressure routine for beginners.

do take that pic of the jutting out when you can, too bad we dont have moejondo's pics anymore to compare as his was very noticeable in erect. Yours luckily is only in flaccid

even your penopubic incision is almost unoticeable

i have no doubt that girls will be less likely than us to figure or care something is different unless majorly abnormal loking/feeling but am more interested in the long term physical implications of the hard implant poking through soft tissue...what does elist say

The wound is becomming a distant memory, thank goodness ....

Early in the process I asked Dr. E about the implant protruding - and he basically told me it wasn't a concern (then again, what he is going to say, right). I remember silicon disaster and his photos. If the skin is going to break down it's likely going to happen right after surgery, not down the road. My opinion. Infection is the thing that keeps me concerned. Frankly I'd like to shave a little bit of the pubic hair growing on the base of the penis .... but decided to wait and not chance it.
