hey guys - i'm here. I know I'm due for an update.

1. No improvement yet with the jutting out of the implant. I think - though I have no proof - that it make actually be worse in the winter than the summer months. In other words, I don't think the jutting will be so pronounced in the summer.

2. The red mark is still visible and pronounced to the touch.

3. Erect penis is great - looks good.

4. No pain / discomfort of any kind and flexibility the same as before.

I will post a couple photos here shortly. I don't think a lot has changed which is why I'm not posting them regularly anymore.

could you post before pics...I'm sure you already did, and they were lost when the site was updated. You have very impressive results. It looks very natural. I have seen others who had the same procedure that I could pick apart that look bad, but your results are very impressive. looking foreword to the pics.

Im new here, so what happened to the old posts and threads? Alot of stuff seems suspect. Can someone please be honest and let people know of the negative outcomes that have happened due to the silicone implant from Dr. Elist?

Hi guys,

Sorry for disappearing here for a while. As I mentioned to someone who sent me a private message, consider it a good thing. I’m living life, and not thinking about my junk 24 hours a day. So first, I’m done providing regular updates – there isn’t much more to say, as the rate of change has very much slowed. I don’t expect any major changes. I will take this opportunity to tell you my overall thoughts of the surgery and experience for my personal case. For those of you who don’t know my story, I’m about five months post-op at this point.

I’m glad I had the surgery with Elist. I didn’t get everything I wanted out of it, but none the less, it turned out well for me. I had a very small flaccid penis which was subject to severe shrinkage. I also was not happy with my erect size, length or girth. My pre-op measurements were 6” long by 4.5” thick mid-shaft.

Surgery was a bitch. Recovery was longer than I expected, and I had complications. Go back and look at some of the photos I’ve posted to see what happened. It was a very trying emotional time. Throughout the process, Elist and his staff were first rate. I have never received better attention, follow up, and care in any area of healthcare – ever. I believe this says a lot.

Recovery is not anything to mess around with. You will need two weeks off your feet. A desk job doesn’t count as off your feet. I have a desk job, tried to work one week out, and was suffering because of it. Find a recliner and an ice pack. Don’t touch your junk for two months. No wanking – no stretching – no anything.

For the first couple months you will see a lot of changes. After surgery your penis is stiff as a board and you will serious question your decision. It gets better. You will never have the same flexibility as before though, so realize that up front. You will lose a couple inches of erect length to start with. Not a good feeling. By month 2 or 3 – you will likely be near your starting point. You will not gain much erect length at all. This is clear by my account and many others. You will gain serious girth. My large implant moved me from 4.5” mid to 6.25” – and it might actually be larger now. I haven’t measured for three months.

Couple other points on the look of your penis. As it grows, it occupies skin that was directly above the penis. You will see hair on the shaft of the penis as this occurs. I now have to shave the base of the penis. It also lowers the “hair line” …. For example, my surgical scar is now almost touching the shaft of my penis. Also, your erect angle will be lower than before. Mine sticks straight out. Be prepared for this. I mentioned before that it does negatively affect certain sexual positions.

Day-to-day …. You can probably say goodbye to wearing any sort of tight underwear. You will be a boxer guy moving forward. You cannot have an implanted dick curled up in your pants at all. If you do, the implant will jut out and it looks deformed.

Is the implant detectable? In my case – no, it is not detectable. My scar is camouflaged well behind the pubic hair. My implant looks so natural I’m absolutely thrilled about it. I could never go to the XL because it would have ruined what I consider a perfect aesthetic look. I do not have the serious cone shape going on. It looks really good and I’m very pleased. Erect looks great too.

Sensitivity. I have lost zero, absolutely zero sensitivity. This isn’t the case with everyone.

What has changed for me between month three and now? In the past couple months - everything has solidified a good amount. The edges are not nearly as pronounced as before. Very slowly tissue is building around and “filling in the gaps” as needed.

What would I change? One thing – my penis would look much larger if the skin above the base of the penis were pulled back. This is hard to describe, so later I will take a photo to demonstrate. My flaccid penis would look one inch larger if that skin were surgically moved. I’m not going to do anything about it – but it may help you on the frontend to see this, and possibly plan during your surgery. I also have a bit of a flaccid turkey neck I didn’t have before (more penis is advanced now).

Anyhow – the surgery was successful for me. I wish I could have gained erect length, but this doesn’t appear possible. It was a very long and frightening ordeal. Please consider this carefully before putting yourself through this. As others have mentioned, the vast majority of these surgeries are not successful. I lucked out with my gamble.

I have a few questions from reading your update.

1.) Regarding the flexibility. If you were to rate your pre surgery flexibility as a 10, what would your post op flexibility be?

2.) You say that briefs/tight underwear are out of the question; because of the inability to wear something that keeps the whole package contained as well as the additional size gained, does this affect athletic movement? What adjustments have been needed?

3.)Would you be willine to post erect pictures?

4.) Could you give final post op measurements both flaccid and erect?
