I'm 3 weeks post-op today from a major recon--fft removal, scar revision, some Belladerm at base. This brown nick-type spot appeared 3 days ago. I am worried thta it is necrosis, which devastated me in 1998. I spkem to Doc; and he said could be, budt din;t think so. I see him tomorrow. My temp is a little high, but not fever. It's a brown, indentation. I'm trying to point at it. Does anybody think they know what it could be? It is physically starting to bother me--not pain, just noticeable annoyance. Thanks.

Thanks, mango. I'm just trying to get through with this and on with my life without any signficant problems. I got little kids that need me to be healthy; and I don't know if I can handle the emotional stress of big unknowns. My original surgery was in 1995; and if I could go back in time, I would not have done this.

Just to clarify, do you mean you would not have went through with the surgery in 1995, or you would not have had the surgery performed at all? I intend to have penis enlargement surgery in 2010 and I can't wait. I get a little discouraged when I read comments like yours because I can't imagine the downside of having a bigger, although unnatural, penis. It's easy for me to say because I haven't been through the recovery period, but in my opinion, a couple of months of downtime is a small price to pay.

Hey Mango, great question....I could write a book about the emotional drama of this..the entire thing, from original surgery, to recovery, to complication, to reconstruction, to complication, etc, etc, etc.
If you want to talk on phone, pm me...but here's something to consider.. It gave me some initial confidence during my 20's (that's the benefit)..the downside is much more....I spoke to a guy last week (39 yo), had the original surgery in 1996, and hasn't had sex since due to emotional state. This kind soul has told me that many men become suicidal when experiencing the downside. I'm sure much progress has occured since the 90s, but I personally think natural PE works, and there is no downside (other than time). |

hi ldbraveheart and stale_mango
good to know you are on the road to a complete recovery, your penis looks pretty good considering the extent of the op im not sure if its necrosis, could just be bruising..let us know what the doc says and dont worry time heals a lot as you well know yours LL |

Hi All, good news...the doc said it's not necrosis, but just skin pigment imperfection..nothing to worry about. I was never good about "not worrying," especially about my Mr Johnson being cut like a steak. Anyway, mentally feeling good, and will post more pics soon. Doc said I could have sex in a week or so, which would only be 1 month post-op.

LD,
I'm glad to hear the good news. Try your best to stay calm, cool and collected. Stress is a major deterrent to healing. Think good thoughts, follow the instructions of your physician and take your time getting back to sex and physical activities etc. In a short month you have really made an enormous change. To see the before and after pics are shocking! Amazing change bro!! Congrats! Keep on keeping us posted! |
