check the before and after. As I said they used 50ml which I think makes the guys penis look a bit fatty and puffy. Its also not a big penis to start with. Maybe a 30ml would be more natural. (bear in mind the guy was obviusly swollen as it was taken straigh after so maybe not complety fair.

Just guessing but if you a penis with say 200ml volume and you add macrolane of 50ml then 20% of your penis is filler and that is bound to show (asumption). If you have 200 ml Penis and add 30 ml then its 13% filler etc and maybe more realistic. That guy looked like he had 150ml volume adding 50 ml is 25 % filler. There must be a correlation. (the volume were just numbers out of a hat)

hmm, sounds interesting..it does look somewhat painful, but as the doc said, it is clearly not painful, but hey I had penis surgery done in 2003, but that wasn't for plastic surgery, anyways it does look safer than it did back when I was 13. I'm 20 now.

No probs. I doubt I will have the time to do it in th next 9 months anyway so in the meantime it would be good to hear from some people who had it done. Not that fussed about trying it as its reversible and not too costly. But still would like to gather some more anecdotal information!

It was me that had the Macrolane done over a year ago. It wasn't a great job. However there does seem to be some disagreement over how this should be performed. The Urologist who performed planned to inject it uner the bucks fascia, whereas Dr Viel told me he simply injects under the penile skin.

I had 2 small incisons with about 15ml injected in either side at the base of the penis. The 2 sides behaved quite differently. I suspect the left side went under the fasica as intended but the other only under the skin. The macrolane on the left side seemed to collect in a lump, whereas the other side was much smoother and when erect was not obvious.

Overall I was unhappy but I still think it's possible that if injected simply under the skin as Viel does, it could be an acceptable result. But I can't be certain.

It is possible to have it removed very easily as I did with a simple injection of hyaluronidase. It was gone within 24 hours.

I should also say that if I was to have it done again I would go easy on the volume and keep it more natural looking. I might only have 20ml. In my opinion the guy in the video had too much, flaccid it looks too fat, and unnatural.

I thought he had a pretty good outcome. Perhaps it would look more natural if the doc could enlarge the glans too? I know some docs are willing to and some aren't.

I wonder what the patient's erections are like? Squishy? Care to comment, sapp?

Maybe injections under the fascia place the macrolane under too much pressure, causing it to move around? Hmm.

Hi Jsaphire so glad you saw this thread really wanted to get your opinion on this. I agree with everything you said and in fact all the european sites I have seen are pricing from 20ml upwards. I recently read a german post and two guys had it done and where very pleased. They recommended less to start with. I think the penis on the Viel vid looks puffy and i agree that less might be more also it depends on what you size your penis is to start with. I am not sure if Viel does the glands or not.

May I ask who you used for the surgery?

Also the side that looked fine erect how did it feel to the touch erect?

saw this video before and i have do a consultation back in asia with a doctor that perform marcolane.doctors that are trained to do marcolane are basically has the rights to do macrolane into any part of the body you want,according to my doctor,he would inject marcolane just between the penile skin and the connective tissue,not advisable to inject right into the core.he even say is not advisable to do marcolane to penis as many complication can happen.but if he would do it if i really want to.a friend of mine who is sexologist said marcolane is basically the safest thign to used in the market,he said,never ever cut your ligament or create scars to your penis,u gonna have a lot of problem,i have come across the net...found a guy who did it and dissolve it after,i was thinking what would happen if u inject marcolane and do penis exercise,maybe the marcolane would be balanced by spreading it whle doing jelqing i never want to go thru surgery,cutting my ligament,read a lot of report u can gain length by doing strecthing and other stuff,just the matter of them,my penis grow after penis exercise,but always thinking about macrolane though,any more review i m happy to read it
