Good link Londonlad. Seems to make sense that one thick sheet would have less complications then two thinner ones, but every doc is looking for some way to edge out the marketing of the others, so who knows.

Is Dr. Reed the only one you know of using this method with Alloderm?

not sure if others still stack multiple sheets but our common sense seems to suggest that what he advises makes sense...it doesnt seem to be a novel or particularly unique idea that would be exclusive to one person. maybe other surgeons are more willing to take the risk of multiple sheets and potential infections because they know their patients are impatient and want max gains as soon as possible. he seems to think a bit more in the long term and is a urologist as well as a cosmetic surgeon too.

he is known to be quite conservative and err on the side of caution. he apparently will be able to put another sheet in but only maybe a year later after making sure the orginal has fully vascularised

The thing about about Reed that troubles me is his before and afters:

Penis enlargement Phalloplasty

Most of these dicks look lumpy to me and quite frankly a bit freakish. Dr. Rosenthal's Alloderm photos look a lot more natural to my eye:

Check this out: AlloDerm® Regenerative Tissue Matrix -LifeCell.com

A doctor can order any size piece of Alloderm just by punching the numbers into a computer. Theoretically, you could call any doctor that works with Alloderm beforehand, send him pics and your dimensions and he could preorder the exact thickness he thinks he needs in one sheet.

I see ranges under the "size" button from up to 8x16cm with the option of going larger if requested or getting a custom sheet at specified increments of centimeters.

Oh and TY for the link on the other page londonlad.

maybe length and width can be chosen but im not sure if thickness can be specified more than the two ranges of 0.79mm – 2.03mm(thick) or 2.06mm – 3.30mm (xtra thick) though...

even still 3.3mm is good enough but there doesnt seem to be a guarantee that a surgeon would get that size instead of 2.06mm..its pot luck
