I think Dr. Elist can easily fix it if you go for a bigger size implant. Although you may have some problems with smaller girls then. I already had a small lady who could not take it all the way, and while it was an ego boost at the time, it is not the best for the partner.

I have been told by a gyn a while back that some women after having a baby or women who have been with big guys will make you feel smaller than you really are.

Yes, I currently have the XL size. As you're already aware, the indentation caused by the condom ring is a pain the rear, but I'd rather feel that instead of not feeling anything at all because my penis isn't thick enough. I don't know the difference in size between the XL and XXL, but I can't imagine it's more than an inch. If you've used custom condoms, though, can you please inform us of your experience.

The implant definitely caused the webbing. The webbing, along with the friction of going in and out of a vagina, causes the condom to roll back onto itself even when I make the effort to roll the condom past where the webbing starts.

If a guy is too small, most women won't think twice about moving on to the next one with little concern for the gentleman's feelings. The woman I was with who was small made it seem as if she could get used to it, so it may be an issue which simply requires time.

Hey there again Mango, maybe it was the camera angle or something, but my penis is not really that huge, in fact I think it looks the same size as yours by the pic you sent me back in April. I remember commenting on how huge yours looked to me.... and you said what I just said, so.....this leads me to believe that us men are so used to thinking we're not adequate enough in that dept. that we under estimate the size of our own penis's and usually think other guys of similar size are much bigger???? No my wife doesn't say it's too big, but it does take a while to get it in sometimes. Nice'n tight! I believe you said you are 6'' long, well, I'm just a hair under that so?.....anyway, I would definetly not go for a bigger (second surgery) implant if I was you. good luck all.

mango - i have the same problem. Much more pronounced turkey neck (webbing) post implant. I don't have to worry about wearing condoms - but in hindsight, I would have had Dr. E cut the scrotal webbing back.

In my opinion, the XL implant is a little cone-shaped, but doesn't look weird. Once everything heals, it takes a very natural shape. Unfortunately, I've recently noticed a major issue that I was not aware of previously. After the surgery, I developed penoscrotal webbing. While it's not severe, it does prevent me from rolling the condom to the base of my penis. The webbing doesn't cause any pain, but it is an issue I will need to have rectified because since the condom only goes on about halfway, there is part of my penis that is exposed when I'm having intercourse, which defeats the purpose of using a condom.

I'm considering whether I should return to Dr. Elist for the next size up, an XXL, and have him take care of the webbing at the same time, or simply just take my good fortunate and move on with my life. I already know I have an adequate penis, but for some strange reason, I keep asking myself, "Is it big enough?"

Same problem here with the webbing. The condom rolls back and sometimes off the shaft exposing the penis, not good! Seems a common outcome for this op?

So If I get the XL Implant would it be best to have the Penoscrotal webbing cut during or after the enlargement procedure?
