blisters
I faithfully use the MV extendor everyday but just when I make gains I get a damn blister and have to let it heal before I can resume my therapy. I put a cotton ball in the end of it and use lots of lotions. Any good suggestions guys on how to prevent this???

Does it feel tight when your using the stretchers??? I'm not an owner of those things...they look extremely painful...but, maybe you got them to tight
