Hey guys! You all sit there going through your posts every night, with your little dicks, hoping to to find a miracle. Or trying to make out that everything is a scam. Btc has obviously had a serious problem, but instead of having a go at him, we should be supporting him, without him many of us on here wouldnt have had the chance to gain.
Let me put you straight on my op! I had second dermal graphs 2 days before Btc and yes I have some retraction approx a inch now, but my flacid middle is 5.5 and base 6 1/4 erect Im 6 middle and 7 base. This is fucking great!!! Im not the longest by any means but I certainly dont worry about my size anymore.
Im hearing a lot of people have been getting infections, I guess Im a lucky one, but it may be that there was a delay with my mv, so I couldnt stretch,maybe thats why Im ok. I still avnt got it yet, and when it does arrive I probably wont use it for another few months. Girth matters not length.
But dr k is a better surgeon than Rheinschild, no doubt, may be rheinschild was when he was younger, but hes well old now, and if you want to be bigger surgery is your only choice, I pumped for 20 yrs, no gain, I hung for a while too, still very little.

All Day Stretcher. There are different devices, mostly either noose systems which loop around the glans of the penis, or vacuum systems which suction over the top third of the the penis. All systems exert a steady pull on the penis, which is kept up for several hours a day. "All Day" really means something like 6-8 hours, about all the penis can handle imo. I have been happier by far with the vacuum system, like the Max Vac sold on this site, as the noose systems are more uncomfortable after a few hours and there is more of a deadening effect on your penis's sensitiviy (again, imho). I'm no expert, but I'm learning more all the time and it seems PE is still in its infancy. BD

Sounds good! My thought was that you "need" to take days off, or some time off between clamping, in order to recover. To me, it makes sense, but I wasn't sure. I'll give that a shot and see how that works out. Any other thoughts?

From my experience, I can say that the longer you can stretch the better. So, in theory, yes 8 hours of daily ADS might yield better results than one hour a day of hanging. Then again, what type of ADS are you using? How much resistance is it applying? Hopefully, more than "grams"....LOL. Who the hell thought up "grams" for tension?? Anyway. Then again, if a guy has a lot of hanging experience, and has reached a level where he hits fatigue during every hanging session...even if he only has an hour a day to hang, he may still see better gains. It's too hard to really say though. A lot has to do with how your body reacts to this stuff. We're all made up biologically the same, and so are our penises, but still...there are a lot of factors involved.

I managed to lose a lot of my discoloration by simply massaging my (flacid) dick with my fingertips where it is a problem. You could try that. Just push gently with your fingertip and move it in a 1cm circle for a few seconds and then move it on to the next bit. You might need to do it a few times over a few days to clear the color fully. YMMV

The silicone ring is a pvc cap with the 3/8" bolt through the center which is filled with silicone. The problem I had wasn't with seepage through the pvc pipe; it was with seepage through the bottom of the pvc pipe (where the pvc pipe and pvc cap meet). This means that the silicone in the pvc pipe isn't kept inside because it just flows out through the bottom.

If the silicone cured in a few minutes it wouldn't be a problem; but after 5 minutes, half the silicone had leaked out. I figure there's no seal because the pvc pipe's circumference has been too greatly reduced by the hack saw cut.

I was thinking that the only plausible way to make a sheath with my rig is to hot glue the pvc cap-pipe point so no silicone would leak out... of course, then the method I was thinking about (similar to KingD's suggestion) would be easier. I was thinking about just tossing the cap out and laying the pvc pipe and 3/8" steel nipple on top of something plastic; then hot gluing the bottoms.

I thought that might be too tedious so I was going to see if someone would make them for me. I guess I'll go ahead and try it out once all the messy silicone cures and can be removed easily.

I had that same problem too, however my leak isn't nearly as severe as yours.

What you can do for your first sheath is just make it in 2 days rather than trying to make it in 1 day by doing the following:

1. Just fill up the bottom of the PVC cap/pipe a little and let it cure.

2. The next day, the bottom of the PVC cap/pipe will be plugged up, filled, and blocked by the dried silicone.

Then just fill up the rest of the PVC pipe to make a full sheath.

3. Then the next day, cut off the bottom of the sheath and save it so that you can use it for the next sheath and so forth.

I hope I'm understanding what you're going through correctly, and also explaining well enough.

I talked to a guy who had surgery with Dr. Elist and he seemed satisfied. He had a Gel injected inside the penis similar to the FTT but not Fat. He had alloderm previously and the gel was but over that. He said he gained 2 inches in Width. He said no problems since the operation in April.

Dr. Elist main claim to fame is he has developed a Prosthesis which has a covering that is filled with saline which is placed under the skin which he claims looks and feels natural. I am continuing to gather more information on him.
